Traditional Dish(Bhogi chi bhaji)



Ingredients:

    1.     Matar 1 cup
    2.    Nuts 1 cup
    3.    Tomato 1
    4.    Onion 2
    5.    Potato 2 small
    6.    Carrots 2
    7.    Eggplant 2 small
    8.    Oil
    9.    Salt to taste
    10.  Red chili powder



    Method:
     1.     Take a pan and add oil.
     2.    After hitting oil, Add Onion and fry it.
     3.    After fry it well, add tomato.
     4.    Fry it until light brown color.
     5.    Add red chili powder and salt.
     6.    Add all above items matar, nuts, carrots, eggplkant etc and fry it at 10 minutes.
     7.    Add 1 cup of water and stir it.
     8.    After 10 minutes our traditional dish(Bhogi chi bhaji) is ready.

Gavran Chicken with gavran masala



Ingredients:

    1.     Chicken 1 kg
    2.    Oil
    3.    Red chili powder
    4.    Turmeric powder
    5.    Chopped onion 2
    6.    Chopped tomato 1

For Masala:

    7.    Dry coconut half
    8.    Cumin seeds
    9.    Coriander leaves
    10. Ginger-garlic paste

Masala Method:

 Add Chopped dried coconut, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, some coriander leaves, Fried chopped onion, chopped tomato and ginger-garlic paste.    Grind it very soft.

 

 Method:

     1.     Wash chicken pieces properly.

     2.    Take one pan and add 1 tbsp of oil.

     3.    After hitting this oil, add some chopped onion and fry it.

     4.    Then add some ginger-garlic paste and fry it properly.

     5.    After add turmeric powder and salt to taste.

     6.    Add washed chicken into it.

     7.    Cook up to  comes some water from this mixture.

     8.    Chicken near to cook, add hot water into pan.

     9.    And boil at single time.

     10.  Take a pan and some oil.

     11.  After hitting oil,  Add some chopped onion and fry it.

     12. Add above masala and fry it properly.

     13. Add red chili powder, salt to taste and fry it.

     14. Add boiled chicken into it and mix it.

     15. After all cook some time and gas is off. 

     16. During serving coriander leaves is used to decorate.

Note: In this dish, masala is very important. It is special type of masala.

Shengule Laddu




Ingredients:

    1.     Gram flour(Besan) 4 cups

    2.    Grinded sugar 4 cups

    3.    Oil 

    4.    Ghee 1 cup

    5.    Dry fruits

    6.    Milk

 



Method:



    1.     Take besan and add some milk collect together.

    2.    Make shengule and deep fry up to its light brown.

    3.    After cool these shengule. Break it and grind.

    4.    After grinding this shengule, fry it in ghee up to make its light brown.

    5.    Then mix the grinded sugar in fried shengule.

    6.    After all Make laddu and serve it.
