Kothimbir rice in kolhapuri style



Ingredients:

   1.    Basmati Rice- 4 cup
   2.   Coriander leaves- 3 cup
   3.   Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tbsp
   4.   Onion- 2 small chopped
   5.   Green chili- 3 to 4
   6.   Salt to taste



Method:

    1.    Wash rice and soak for 15 minutes.

    2.   Grind coriander leaves, ginger- garlic paste, green chili with some water.

    3.    Take a pan and heat oil.

    4.   Add chopped onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.

    5.   After fry it, add grinded mixture and fry for 2-3 minutes.

    6.   Add water (double of rice) and boil it properly.

    7.   After boil it, add soaked rice and mix it.

    8.   Add salt to taste and cook it.
