Masala alu vadi



Ingredients:

   1.    Colocasia (Alu) leaves- 4
   2.   Besan- ½ cup
   3.   Green chili- 3
   4.   Coriander leaves- 1 cup
   5.   Garlic- 2 to 3 cloves
   6.   Coconut- 1 cup
   7.   Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp
   8.   Salt to taste


Method:

   1.    Green chili, coriander leaves, garlic, coconut take together and grind it.

   2.   Take grinded mixture and add salt and turmeric powder and mix it.

   3.   Take alu leaves one by one and back side of alu leaves spread this ready mixture and make roll of it.

   4.   Same procedure is repeated for all leaves.

   5.   Take a pan and add some water and vaporizing it.

   6.   After vaporizing it, cut it as in vadi shape.

   7.   Then Take a pan and some oil and shallow fry it with mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

   8.   Finally, Ready to serve “Masala alu vadi”.
