Instant rava appe with coconut chatney



Ingredients:
 
    1.    Rava- 4 cup
    2.   Urad dal- 1 cup, 1 night soaked, grinded
    3.   Curd- 1 to 2 cup
    4.   Baking soda- 1 tbsp
    5.   Onion- 3 to 4 small chopped
    6.   Green chili- 4 small chopped
    7.   Coriander leaves chopped
    8.   Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp half grinded

Method:

    1.  Take a pan and add curd. Add 3 cup of water and mix it.

    2.   Add grinded urad dal and rava as required to consistency.

    3.   Then add baking soda and soak for ½ hour.

   4.   After ½ hour, in this soaked mixture, add Chopped onion, coriander leaves and green chili. Mix it.

    5.   Add cumin seeds and mix it properly.

    6.   Take steamer and shrink oil in it.

    7.   Add this mixture in each mould and steam for 5 minutes.

    8.   After 3 minutes, side is changed of appe and steam for 2 minutes.

    9.   Ready “Instant rava appe” serve with coconut chatney.

Coconut chatney:

    1.    Grind smoothly fresh coconut, green chili-2, cumin seeds-1/2 tbsp, garlic cloves- 2.

   2.    For tadka, take a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves.

    3.   Then tadka to grinded mixture.

    4.   Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Fried chili chicken....



Ingredients:

   1.  Chicken- ½ kg
   2.   Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tbsp
   3.   Green chili- 4 half
   4.   Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp
   5.   Onion- 2 small chopped
   6.   Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
   7.   Oil- 2 tbsp
   8.   Salt to taste
   9.   Mint leaves


Method:

   1.   Wash chicken properly. 

   2.   Marinate with ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, mint leaves for 1 hour.

   3.   Take a pan and heat oil.

   4.   Add chopped onion and fry it properly.

   5.   Add marinated chicken and mix it properly. Cook for 5 minutes.

   6.   Then add red chili powder and mix it. Cook for 5 minutes.

   7.   Finally, Ready “Chili chicken”. Garnishing with Coriander leaves.

   8.   Serve with chapati or roti.

Note: Do not add water for cook because washed chicken contains water.
