Moong dal dhokla in coocker



Ingredients:

         1.    Moong dal- ¼ kg

         2.   Green chili- 4

         3.   Citric Acid- 1 tspn

         4.   Salt to taste

         5.   Sugar- 3 tbsp

         6.   Coriander leave
s
         7.   Leaf cody

     8.   Water- 1 glass 

     9.   Oil- 6 tspn 

     10.  Mustard seeds  

     11  Cumin seeds

 

Method:

   1.    Soak moong dal for 3-4 hours. Grind moong dal with less water.

   2.   In this grinded moong dal, add small pieces of green chili and coriander leaves.

   3.   Take a bowl and add 1 glass of water and rinse it.

   4.   Then add Sugar, Salt and citric acid and mix it properly.

   5.   After, add mixture of moong dal.

   6.   And mix it properly for 5 minutes and add 5 tspn oil.

   7.   Take a bowl and add 1 tspn of oil and spread it.

   8.   Then add above mixture and place this bowl in cooker for cook without pressure.

9.   But in cooker take some water. 

10. Cook for 20 minutes. 

11 . After removing cooker, give tadka with leaf cody, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
