Coconut- Beetroot barfi



Ingredients:

    1.    Grinded coconut- 2 cup
    2.   Grinded beetroot- 2 cup
    3.   Sugar- 3 cup
    4.   Milk- 3 cup
    5.   Dry fruits



Method:

    1.    Grinded coconut, beetroot, sugar and milk soak for half hour.

    2.   Stir the above mixture up to it makes solid.

    3.   Take a plate and spread 1 tbsp of ghee.

    4.   This solid mixture spread fastly on plate and plain it. 

    5.   After 5- 10 minutes, makes the barfi as required to your shape.

    6.   Finally ready “Coconut- Beetroot barfi”.

   7.   It is very healthy barfi because due to the beetroot increase hemoglobin.
