Moglai Hara Mutton


Ingredients:

    1.    Mutton -1 Kg.
    2.   Spinach paste -1/2 cup.
    3.   Methi paste- 1/2 Cup.
    4.   Corinder leaves paste -1 /2cup
    5.   Curd -1 cup.
    6.   Turmeric powder -1 Tbsp.
    7.   Red chilli powder -2Tbsp.
    8.   Salt to taste.
    9.   Ginger-garlic paste-1Tbsp.
   10.                Onion -2 No chopped


   Method:

    1.    Wash mutton properly.
   2.   Marinate-Spnach paste, methi paste, coriander paste, curd ,turmeric powder , salt, red chilli powder. All above ingradents add to mutton and marinate mutton for 2 hours.
    3.   Take a pan and heat oil and fry onion brown.
   4.Then add matinated mutton to pan cook it properly with low flame for an hour add few water.
   5.   Finally Hara Mutton is ready arnish with coriander leaves.

Healthy Moong dal Barfi..



Healthy Moong Dal Barfi

 Ingredients:
   1.    Moong Dal - 2 cup
   2.   Water- 2 cup
   3.   Sugar- 2 cup
   4.   ghee- 3 cup
   5.   Dry fruits as required
   6.   Safron -1 Tbsp

Method:
   1.     Soak moong Dal for 3 hours.
   2.   Drain moong dal and grind it .
   3.   Take sugar and water make mixture and add saffron in mixture.
   4.   Take a pan and Heat Ghee.
   5.   Then add grinded moong dal and fry it properly.
   6.   Then add mixture of sugar and water mix it properly.
   7.   Stir it upto makes solid mixture.
   8.   Take a plate and spring ghee on it.
   9.   Pour layer of mixture on plate and cut into pieces after cooling mixture.
  10.                Finally Healthy moong dal Barfi is ready to eat…

Wheat modak in two styles



Ingredients:

    1.    Whole wheat flour- 2 cup
    2.   Water as per require
    3.   Salt to taste
    4.   Grated jaggery- 2 cup
    5.   Fresh coconut- 1 ½ cup
    6.   Poppy seeds- 1 tbsp
    7.   Cardamom powder- ½ tbsp
    8.   Dry fruits
    9.   Ghee- 1 tbsp




Method:

   1.    Whole wheat flour, water and salt mix together and make smooth dough.

   2.   Cover and keep the dough aside for 15 to 20 minutes.   

   3.   Take a pan and add ghee, grated coconut, grated jaggery, poppy seeds.

   4.   Then mix it together and stir on low flame till the mixture makes soft and cooked.

   5.   Keep aside to cool.

   6.   Take a small ball from the dough.

   7.   Roll thinly in to a circle.

   8.   Then add the mixture in the center.

   9.   Pinch the edges one by one.

   10.  Bring together all pinched folds in the center.

   11. Deep fry modaks in medium hot oil till golden browned.

   12.  Ready to serve “Wheat flour modak in two styles”.

Note: We can steam or fry this same modak.
