Easy steps for making "Mithe gulgule"



Ingredients:

   1.    Wheat flour- 2 glass
   2.   Water- 1 glass
   3.   Jaggery- ¼ kg
   4.   Dryfruits chopped
   5.   Rava- 3 to 4tbsp
   6.   Poppy seeds- 2 tbsp





Method:

   1.    Take a pan. Add water and jiggery mix together.

   2.   Soak for 3-4 hours.

   3.   Then add wheat flour to this mixture and mix it properly.

   4.    Add dryfruits and soak for ½ hour.

   5.   After soaking mixture add rava.

   6.   Heat oil in pan and deep fry up to golden color.

   7.   Ready for serve.

Spicy Fish curry



Ingredients:

   1.    Fish- ½ kg
   2.   Onion- 2 medium chopped
   3.   Tomato- 1 medium chopped
   4.   Coriander powder- 1tbsp
   5.   Cumin powder- 1tbsp
   6.   Red chili- 2
   7.   Fresh coconut- 1 cup chopped
   8.   Green chili- 2
   9.   Oil- 2 tbsp
   10.                Salt to taste
   11. Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
   12.                Red chili powder- 1tbsp




Method:

   1.    Wash fish properly. Marinate fish with turmeric powder and salt. Marinate for 15 minutes.

   2.   After marinating fish shallow fry it but half fry.

   3.   Grind coconut, tomato, onion, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili.

   4.   Heat oil in pan. Add green chili and fry it.

   5.   Then add above grinded mixture and fry it properly.

   6.   If require spicy then add red chili powder and salt to taste.

   7.   Then add water and boil it.

   8.   After boiling water add half fry fish.

   9.   Then add 2-3 kokum cover(Aamsul).

   10. Serve and enjoy it with Roti.
