Kheema with hari mirch



Ingredients:

1.     Minced meat (Kheema) – ½ kg, drained
2.    Tomatoes- 1, Chopped
3.    Onions-2, Chopped
4.    Salt to taste
5.    Bay leaf- 2 to 3
6.    Big green chili- 5-6
7.    Red chili powder- 2tbsn

For Masala:

1.     Coconut, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds.
2.    Grind above all ingredients.





Method:

    1.    First, Wash minced meat.
    2.    Take a pan and add oil.
    3.    Add some chopped onion and tomato and fry it.
    4.    Add ginger- garlic paste and fry it properly.
    5.    Then add salt and turmeric powder.
    6.    Add washed minced meat.
    7.    Stir it properly.


After 10-15 minutes

           1.     Take a pan and add remaining chopped onion. 
 2.    Fry it and add chopped tomatoes.  
 3.    Add grinded masala and fry it up to get golden brown color. 
 4.    Add red chili powder and fry it. 
 5.    After add stir minced meat.
 6.    Stir it properly up to absorb the all water.
 7.    This kheema is fill into the big green chili.
 8.    Shallow fry properly.

Khatti-Mithi Karela Sabji



Ingredients:

     1.     Sliced bitter gourd(Karela)-  3-4

     2.    Cumin seeds(Jeera)- 1tbsn

     3.    Mustard seeds(Mohari)- 1tbsn

     4.    Jaggery(Gud)- 1tbsn

     5.    Termeric powder- 1tspn

     6.    Oil- 2 tbsn

     7.    Sliced Onion- 2 small

     8.    Salt to Taste.







Method:

    1.     Wash sliced bitter gourd. Take a pan and add ½ oil.

    2.    Add sliced bitter gourd and fry up to 5-10 minutes.

    3.    Take a pan and add some oil and add Cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

    4.    Then add sliced onion and fry it up to golden brown color.

    5.    Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.

    6.    Add fried bitter gourd and fry it 2-3 minutes.

    7.    Add jiggery and chinch(aamali).

    8.    Then fry it 2-3 minutes.

    9.    Lastly, Ready Khatti- Mithi karela sabji.

   10. Serve it with roti.
