Easy steps to make aamla juice



Ingredients:

   1.    Aamla- 5-6 cups(1/2 kg)

   2.   Sugar- 5-6 cups

   3.   Cardamom powder- 1tbsp

   4.   Water





Method: 

   1.    Boil fresh Aamla for 15-20 minutes.

   2.   After cool aamla’s removes beans from it.

   3.   Pieces of Aamla grind it properly.

   4.   Take a pan and add Sugar and pour water into sugar up to level of sugar. No extra water adds.

   5.   Stir it properly and cook up to make the mixture of grinded Aamla and sugar-water.

   6.   After cook it. Add Grinded Aamla and stir it.

   7.   Stir up to 5-10 minutes and cool it.

   8.   After cool it preserve in fridge.

Jain besan ladu



Ingredients:

    1.    Besan flour- 2 cup

    2.   Milk for soaking

    3.   Sugar- 2 cup

    4.   Ghee or oil for frying

    5.   Rock sugar (Khadisakhar)

    6.   Dryfruits




   Method:

    1.    Take besan flour and add hot ghee and make mixture it with milk.

    2.   Put aside for ½ hour.

    3.   Make mixture and make full roll and fry it.

    4.   After cool it break the puries and grind it.

    5.   Filter it.

    6.   Take Sugar and Add 1 cup of water and make mixture.

    7.   Add dryfruits and readymade flour and stir it.

    8.    Put aside and stir it after some time.

    9.   After 2 hours add rock sugar and make ladu.
