Gup-Chup Barfi



Ingredients:

    1.     Gram flour(Besan) 2 ½  cup/ Rava 2 ½ cup
    2.    Sugar 2 ½  cup
    3.    Grinded coconut 1 cup
    4.    Ghee 1 cup
    5.    Milk 1 cup


Method:

    1.     Take a pan and on gas.

    2.    Gram flour(Besan) or rava, sugar, grinded coconut, ghee and milk are mixed together and put in a pan.

    3.    Rinse up to edges will dry.

    4.    Take on plate and take 1 tbsp ghee and spread on plate.

    5.    These above mixed material are put on plate and spread it properly.

    6.    Cut it in barfi shape and serve it.
