Chatakdar Pav-bhaji



Ingredients:

    1.    Potato- 3 to 4
    2.   Tomato- 3
    3.   Cauliflower- 2 cup
    4.   Ginger- garlic paste- 1 tbsp
    5.   Red chili powder- 2 tbsp
    6.   Salt to taste
    7.   Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp
    8.   Onion- 2 small chopped
    9.   Pav-bhaji masala- 1 tbsp
    10.   Oil- 2 tbsp




Method:

  1.    Take chopped potato, tomato, cauliflower.

  2.   These chopped vegetables and green matar boil until it’s all are making soft. 

  3.   After boil properly, smash it. 

  4.   Take a pan and heat oil. 

  5.   Add chopped onion and fry it. 

  6.   After frying onion, Add ginger- garlic paste and fry it properly. 

  7.   Then add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder and fry it. 

  8.   Then add smashed mixture into pan and mix it. 

  9.   After adding all material, cook properly. 

  10.        Finally, ready “Chatakdar pav-bhaji”. 

  11. Serve with Small chopped onion, lemon and pav.
 
Note: You can boil vegetables in cooker.
