Crunchy and spicy prawns fry



Ingredients:

    1.    Prawns- ½ kg
    2.   Red chili powder- 1tbsp
    3.   Salt to taste
    4.   Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp
    5.   Corn flour- 2 to 3 tbsp
    6.   Oil for fry



Method:
 
   1.    Wash the prawns properly.

   2.   Red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder and corn flour are marinated to prawns for 1 hour.

   3.   After 1 hour, heat oil in pan.

   4.   After heat oil, fry marinated prawns until prawn’s gets crispy and golden brown color.

   5.   Finally, crispy and crunchy prawns are ready.

   6.   Now serve with tomato sauce.
