Spicy and delicius butter chicken



Ingredients:

   1.    Chicken- ½ kg
   2.   Tomato puri- 2 small
   3.   Butter chicken masala- 1 pack
   4.   Ginger- garlic paste- 2 tbsp
   5.   Red chili powder- 2tbsp
   6.   Salt to taste
   7.   Turmeric powder- 1tbsp
   8.   Egg- 2
   9.   Oil for fry.
   10.  Coriander leaves


Method:

   1.    Wash the chicken. Marinate with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, Turmeric powder, salt and egg.
   2.   Marinate up to 1 hours.
   3.   After marinating chicken, Deep fry up to golden brown.
   4.   Take a pan and add oil. Heat the oil.
   5.   Add tomato puree and add Fried chicken.
   6.   Then add salt if less in fried chicken.
   7.   Add Butter chicken masala.
   8.   Ready to serve. For garnishing use coriander leaves.
