Ingredients:

Wheat rava- 1 cup
2.
Rice rava- 1 cup
3.
Jaggery- 2 cup
4.
Water- 4 cup
5.
Cardamom powder- 1 tbsp
6.
Ghee- 4 tbsp
7.
Fresh coconut- small chopped
8.
Dry fruits chopped
1.
Fry rice and wheat separately.

And grind it as a rava.
3.
Fry both rava’s with ghee separately.
4.
Take a pan and add water and jiggery. Boil it.
5.
Then add
both rava’s.
6.
Then add cardamom powder and fry it properly.
7.
Take big plate and spread on it. Plain it.
8.
Garnish with coconut and dry fruits.
9.
Finally, ready “Healthy and sweet amrut fal”.
