Ingredients:

Chicken- ½ kg
2.
Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tbsp
3.
Green chili- 4 half
4.
Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp
5.
Onion- 2 small chopped
6.
Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
7.
Oil- 2 tbsp
8.
Salt to taste
Method:
1.
Wash chicken properly.

Marinate with ginger-garlic paste, salt, turmeric
powder, mint leaves for 1 hour.

Take a pan and heat oil.
4.
Add chopped onion and fry it properly.
5.
Add marinated chicken and mix it properly. Cook
for 5 minutes.
6.
Then add red chili powder and mix it. Cook for 5
minutes.
7.
Finally, Ready “Chili chicken”. Garnishing with
Coriander leaves.
8.
Serve with chapati or roti.
Note: Do not add water for cook
because washed chicken contains water.
