Ingredients:

Matar 1 cup

Nuts 1 cup

Tomato 1

Onion 2
5.
Potato 2 small
6.
Carrots 2
7.
Eggplant 2 small
8.
Oil
9.
Salt to taste
10. Red chili powder
Method:
1.
Take a pan and add oil.
2.
After hitting oil, Add Onion and fry it.
3.
After fry it well, add tomato.
4.
Fry it until light brown color.
5.
Add red chili powder and salt.
6.
Add all above items matar, nuts, carrots,
eggplkant etc and fry it at 10 minutes.
7.
Add 1 cup of water and stir it.
8.
After 10 minutes our traditional dish(Bhogi chi
bhaji) is ready.
