Ingredients:

Prawns- ½ kg

Onion- 2 chopped
3.
Soap- 1tbsp
4.
Turmeric powder- 1 tbsp
5.
Dry coconut- 2 tbsp chopped
6.
Curry leaves
7.
Fresh coconut- 2 tbsp crushed
8.
Coriander leaves
9.
Green chili- 2
10.
Garlic cloves- 4 to 5
11. Ginger- 1
inch

Salt to taste
13. Red chili powder
14. Tomato- 1 small chopped
15.
Sugar- ½ tbsp
16.
Spicy masala- 1 tbsp

Potato- 1 chopped
Method:
1.
Heat oil in a pan.

Add chopped onion into oil and fry it properly but
not till fry golden brown.

After fry onion, add soap and turmeric powder and
fry it.
4.
Then add chopped dry coconut and fry it.
5.
After add
curry leaves. Fry up to 2- 3 minutes.

Add crushed coconut.
7.
Then add coriander leaves, green chili, ginger and
garlic.

After cool it grinds them.
9.
Washed prawns marinate with salt.
10. Take a pan and heat oil.
11. Then add
Chopped onion and fry it.

After add chopped tomato and fry it.
13. Then add sugar for some taste.

After fry it, add Spicy masala.
15.
Add some curry leaves and fry it.
16. Add chopped potato and fry it.
17. Then add Grinded masala into it.
18.
Add red chili powder.
19.
Stir it
properly.
20.
Then add Water and again stir it.
21.
After cook it, add marinated prawns.
22.
Cook prawns up to it looks transparent.
23.
Finally, Garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
