Ingredients:

Aamla- 5-6 cups(1/2 kg)

Sugar- 5-6 cups
3.
Cardamom powder- 1tbsp
Method:
1.
Boil fresh Aamla for 15-20 minutes.
2.
After cool aamla’s removes beans from it.
3.
Pieces of Aamla grind it properly.
4.
Take a pan and add Sugar and pour water into sugar
up to level of sugar. No extra water adds.
5.
Stir it properly and cook up to make the mixture
of grinded Aamla and sugar-water.
6.
After cook it. Add Grinded Aamla and stir it.
7.
Stir up to 5-10 minutes and cool it.
8.
After cool it preserve in fridge.
