Ingredients:

Besan flour- 2 cup

Milk for soaking
3.
Sugar- 2 cup
4.
Ghee or oil for frying
5.
Rock sugar (Khadisakhar)
6.
Dryfruits
Method:
1.
Take besan flour and add hot ghee and make mixture
it with milk.
2.
Put aside for ½ hour.
3.
Make mixture and make full roll and fry it.
4.
After cool it break the puries and grind it.
5.
Filter it.
6.
Take Sugar and Add 1 cup of water and make
mixture.
7.
Add dryfruits and readymade flour and stir it.
8.
Put aside
and stir it after some time.
9.
After 2 hours add rock sugar and make ladu.
