Healthy Moong Dal Barfi
Ingredients:
1.
Moong Dal - 2 cup
2.
Water- 2 cup
3.
Sugar- 2 cup
4.
ghee- 3 cup
5.
Dry fruits as required
6.
Safron -1 Tbsp
Method:
1.
Soak moong
Dal for 3 hours.
2.
Drain moong dal and grind it .
3.
Take sugar and water make mixture and add saffron
in mixture.
4.
Take a pan and Heat Ghee.
5.
Then add grinded moong dal and fry it properly.
6.
Then add mixture of sugar and water mix it
properly.
7.
Stir it upto makes solid mixture.
8.
Take a plate and spring ghee on it.
9.
Pour layer of mixture on plate and cut into pieces
after cooling mixture.
10.
Finally Healthy moong dal Barfi is ready to eat…
