Ingredients:

Baingan- ½ kg

Green chili- 2 to 3
3.
Fresh coconut- ½ cup
4.
Garlic- 5 to 6 cloves
5.
Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
6.
Oil for deep fry

Salt to taste
Method:
1.
Wash Baingan and cut as sign of “plus”.
2.
Green chili, fresh coconut, garlic cloves, cumin
seeds and salt to taste grind roughly.
3.
This grinded mixture fills into Baingan.
4.
Heat oil in the pan.
5.
After heating oil, fry Baingan.
6.
That means fry Baingan up to golden color.
7.
Finally, Ready “Baingan fry with hari mirch”.
8.
Garnishing with coriander leaves.
