Ingredients:

Mutton -1 Kg.
2.
Spinach paste -1/2 cup.
3.
Methi paste- 1/2 Cup.
4.
Corinder leaves paste -1 /2cup
5.
Curd -1 cup.
6.
Turmeric powder -1 Tbsp.
7.
Red chilli powder -2Tbsp.
8.
Salt to taste.
9.
Ginger-garlic paste-1Tbsp.
10.
Onion -2 No chopped
Method:
1.
Wash mutton properly.
2.
Marinate-Spnach paste, methi paste, coriander
paste, curd ,turmeric powder , salt, red chilli powder. All above ingradents
add to mutton and marinate mutton for 2 hours.
3.
Take a pan and heat oil and fry onion brown.
4.Then add matinated mutton to pan cook it properly
with low flame for an hour add few water.
5.
Finally Hara Mutton is ready arnish with coriander
leaves.
