The food is a basic need of human being from
three needs- Food, Cloths and Roof. Without food all are incomplete. Food
provides the nutrition that we need to maintain our bodies.
All countries contains different types of food. Indian food is most popular in
every country. Indian food is very delicious and tasty.
We are from Kolhapur- heritage
city. Kolhapur is most popular for “Tambada- Pandhara rassa”, ”Misal- pav”,
”Rajabhau special bhel” and like some other recipes. The combination of protein, fat,
carbohydrates, vitamins, and fiber found that makes healthy. “Indian food uses the whole palette of flavors such as spicy,
sour, sweet, and hot. Important to understand the various dishes and flavors that
make up Indian food. There are basic 10 to 20 spices that are used in many
dishes like cumin, coriander, turmeric, and ginger.
The Vegetables
are a single part of our food. India contains varieties of tasty and nutritious
vegetarian dishes. These are also prepared using different methods of cooking
like baking, boiling, frying etc. Indian vegetarian recipes of dishes like
Navratan Korma, Shahi Paneer etc. to the spicy of taste.
The
Non-Vegetarian is another part of our food. It is side of Indian food comprises
of many juicy, tender delicacies made with eggs, mutton, chicken, fish etc.
There is a great variety of meat, poultry and fish dishes in Indian food. Most
of the non-vegetarian dishes served as snacks and main dishes like tandoori tikkas,
kababs, roshan goshts, butter chicken, biryani and much more.
In Western indian Food, Rajasthan and Gujarat
have hot, dry climates so, the relatively variety of vegetables available are preserved
as pickles and chutneys. Culturally these states are largely Hindu and
vegetarian. Peanuts and coconut are important ingredients as they are freely
available.
In Eastern Indian food, Eastern India grows a lot of rice, Green vegetables and fruit
are also abundant and so are the foods cooked using this ingredients. People
those are a balanced mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
In North Indian food, North India has extreme
climates summers are hot and winters are cold. There is very fresh seasonal
fruit and vegetable to be had. Mughlai and Kashmiri styles of cooking are not
just prevalent, they are also popular.
In South Indian food, South India has hot.
Rainfall is abundant and so is the supply of fresh fruit, vegetables and rice.
Tamilnadu has Chettinad cuisine, perhaps the most of all Indian food. This
style too is largely vegetarian.
From
Kerala comes Malabari cooking, with its tasty seafood dishes. Hyderabad is home
of the Nizams (rulers of Hyderabad) and regal Nizami food rich and flavorful
with tastes ranging from spicy to sour to sweet.
