Spicy chicken manchurian with gravy



Ingredients:

    1.     Chicken-1/2 kg
    2.    Maida- 1 cup
    3.    Corn flour- ½ cup
    4.    Egg- 2
    5.    Chicken 65 masala- 1 pack
    6.    Red chili powder- 1 tbsp
    7.    Salt to taste
    8.    Curry leaves
    9.    Oil for fry
    10. Soy sauce- 2 tbsp
    11.  Tomato sauce- 3 tbsp




Method:

    1.   Wash chicken properly. Marinate with maida, corn flour, egg, chicken 65 masala, red chili powder and salt for 1 hour.

    2.  Take a pan and heat oil. After heating oil, fry marinated chicken up to 5 minutes means its look like light brown color.

    3.  In heat oil, add curry leaves and make it crunchy. After ready chicken serve with crunchy curry leaves.

     4.   After fry chicken, take a pan and 1 tbsp ghee and heat it.

     5.  Add soy sauce and tomato sauce.

     6.  Then add Fried chicken and mix it properly.

     7.   Finally, ready “Chicken Manchurian with gravy”.

Thandgar Ragi aambil



Ingredients:

    1.    Ragi powder- 2 tbsp
    2.   Butter milk- 2 glass
    3.   Turmeric powder- ½ tbsp
    4.   Salt to taste
    5.   Ginger- garlic paste- 1 tbsp
    6.   Green chili paste- 1 tbsp
    7.   Cumin seeds- 1 tbsp
    8.   Mustard seeds- 1 tbsp
    9.   Curry leaves
    10.   Oil- 1 tbsp




Method:

   1.    Take a bowl and butter milk make as a milk.

   2.   Add ragi powder and rinse it.

   3.   Then add salt and turmeric powder.

   4.   Add ginger- garlic paste and green chili powder and rinse it.

   5.   Mix it properly with some water.

   6.   This mixture keeps aside for whole night.

   7.   At morning, cook this mixture.

   8.   After cook it, take a pan and heat oil.

   9.   Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves and off gas.

   10.  This tadka pou into cooked mixture and mix it.

   11. Finally, Ragi aambil is ready in summer season.

   12. Serve with butter milk or milk.

Gobi manchurian with gravy



Ingredients:

   1.    Gobi- 1 medium chopped
   2.   Ginger- garlic paste- 2 tbsp
   3.   Green chili paste- 2 tbsp
   4.   Corn flour- 1 cup
   5.   Onion- 2 small chopped
   6.   White flour- 2 cup
   7.   Salt to taste
   8.   Oil for fry
   9.   Red color- 1 tbsp
   10.                Soy souce- 3 tbsp
   11. Tomato souce- 2 tbsp




Method:
 
   1.    Take a big plate and take chopped gobi and wash it.

   2.   Add ginger- garlic paste, green chili paste and salt.

   3.   Then mix it properly.

   4.   Add 2 cup white flour and mix it.

   5.   After mixing it, add corn flour.  

   6.   Then add red color and add required water and mix it.

   7.   Left for 15 minutes.

   8.   Take a pan and heat oil.

   9.   Make small pakode of mixture and fry it.

   10. Fry all pakode and put in pan.

   11. Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp oil and fry onion for gravy.

   12. After fry onion, add some salt and fry it.

   13. Add soy souce and tomato souce.

   14.  Add fried pakoda and mix it properly.

   15. For garnishing chopped coriander leaves and large chopped gobi. 

   16. Serve with tomato souce.
