Khatti-Mithi Karela Sabji



Ingredients:

     1.     Sliced bitter gourd(Karela)-  3-4

     2.    Cumin seeds(Jeera)- 1tbsn

     3.    Mustard seeds(Mohari)- 1tbsn

     4.    Jaggery(Gud)- 1tbsn

     5.    Termeric powder- 1tspn

     6.    Oil- 2 tbsn

     7.    Sliced Onion- 2 small

     8.    Salt to Taste.







Method:

    1.     Wash sliced bitter gourd. Take a pan and add ½ oil.

    2.    Add sliced bitter gourd and fry up to 5-10 minutes.

    3.    Take a pan and add some oil and add Cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

    4.    Then add sliced onion and fry it up to golden brown color.

    5.    Add turmeric powder and salt to taste.

    6.    Add fried bitter gourd and fry it 2-3 minutes.

    7.    Add jiggery and chinch(aamali).

    8.    Then fry it 2-3 minutes.

    9.    Lastly, Ready Khatti- Mithi karela sabji.

   10. Serve it with roti.

Crispy Cluster beans(Gawar)

Everyone needs new recipes in everyday. Normally, ladies are makes Cluster beans vegetable but for happy life makes different kinds of one vegetable are most important.  This crispy cluster beans recipe is made by me (www.RecipeWorld.blogspot.in).

Ingredients:

   1.    1 cup harbhara dal- grinded

   2.   ¼ tbsp carum coptimum(Ajwain)

   3.   ½ cup grinded rice

   4.   ½  tbsp Turmeric powder

   5.   1 tbsp chili powder

   6.   1 cup oil

   7.   Salt to taste

   8.   15-20 cluster beans(Gwar)







Method:

   1.    Take a bowl and Add above ingredients without grinded rice.

   2.   Smash above this ingredients.

   3.   Then add grinded rice.

   4.   Heat oil in pan and fry these beans at medium gas.

   5.   Fry until beans comes at light brown color. 

   6.   Serve with Souse or sweet chatani.

kolhapuri Jhunaka-Bhakar

Jhunka-Bhakar is a simple food of rural Maharashtra. This dish is traditional dish. It is also known as poor mans food. This recipe simple and quick recipe comes in handy. It is based from gram flour. It is not harmful for health for child's, adults, older peoples.


Ingredients:

1. 2 cups gram flour
2. 1/2 cup dry coconut
3. 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
4. 2 green chilies
5. 2 tbsp oil
6. 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds
7. 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds
8. Turmeric Powder
9. 3 cup Water
10. 1 Onion Chopped
11. Curry leaves

For Masala:

Ginger, Garlic, Dry coconut, chilies are grind together.

Method:
1. Heat oil in pan. Add Mustard and Cumin seeds.

2. Add Chopped onion and fry till it comes golden color.Add Curry leaves.

3. Add above masala and fry it properly.

4. After fry it. Add Water. Boil it properly.

5. Then add Grinded Chana dal.

6. Cover the lid and cook it properly. 

7. Serve it with Roti.
